Infinity Constructions Group recently completed Mayflower’s new-era Residential Aged Care Centre in Reservoir, Melbourne.
The Mayflower Group is a leading provider of residential age care services, home care and independent senior living options in Victoria. This project was a first-class, two-stage redevelopment of a 110-room, residential aged care dementia-friendly facility with car parking and associated landscaping.
Stage 1 of the project included the delivery of high-quality 54 beds, gym, hair salon, industrial laundry, commercial kitchen, multiple communal spaces and a carpark. Stage 2 of the project included an additional 56 beds, a feature entrance, multiple communal spaces, three courtyards with landscaping, car parking and an ambulance bay.
