Our Employee of the Year program recognises and rewards our people’s outstanding contributions throughout the year.
Each month, employees are nominated for their exceptional efforts, with the monthly winner receiving $200.
At our annual Awards Dinner, one overall Employee of the Year and Runner-Up are announced.
The Employee of the Year receives two Business Class tickets to anywhere in the world, plus one week’s accommodation, while the Runner-Up receives two Business Class tickets to anywhere in Australia, plus one week’s accommodation.
