Our Story

Infinity Constructions Group has been operating for over 30 years. We are a Tier 2 commercial construction company active in all sectors of the industry. Infinity Constructions operates primarily in the Sydney and Melbourne markets.

Our clients choose to work with us because of our deep knowledge of the construction industry and the very high standard construction we produce. We are a professional, trusted and valued contributor to all stages of the design and construction process.

Infinity Constructions Group services both private and public clients including High Net Worth Individuals; Institutional Clients (Small, Medium, Large) and Government departments (State and Federal).

We primarily operate in projects valued up to $150m in Commercial, Aged Care / Seniors Living, Accommodation (Student Accommodation, Hotels or Built to Rent), Hospitality, Industrial and Community.

Our Project Delivery systems include D&C, Cost plus, Lump sum construction contracts and Construction Management contracts.

Celebrating 30 years of construction excellence, Infinity’s future is promising. In 2019, we were recognised with 3 NSW Master Builders Construction Excellence Awards and in 2020, we were recognised with an Urban Development Institution Australia NSW Award, continuing our push for quality in everything that we do.

25 years of success

2017 saw a quarter of a century of construction excellence, appointing Ray Maletic as Director in Melbourne and Tom Silk as General Manager of Infinity Constructions Group. We commenced work on our first large club development, Bankstown RSL Club.

Continuing growth

In 2012, Infinity was awarded both the Woollahra Municipal Heritage Conservation Award and a QA Certification. We also solidified a place in Melbourne, opening an office and securing a high-density student accommodation project for Urbanest. Soon after, we were awarded our biggest project to date: The REVY Residential Adaptive Reuse, Darling Island.

A decade strong

Infinity celebrated 10 years in 2002, soon before being awarded the construction contract for John Symond, one of Sydney Harbour’s most iconic homes. Expanding our portfolio with projects for Sydney International Airport and schools projects, we were awarded an MBA for Excellence in Construction.

Strength to strength

After considerable company growth, Infinity acquired its first commercial building in Surry Hills. Soon after, we delivered iconic venues including Aria and Opera Sartor Sydney’s 2000 Olympics.

It all began in 1992

Infinity was incorporated by Alan and Andrew Yazbek in Sydney, and quickly secured contracts with Lend Lease, Shell, the Department of Defence and National Australia Bank. Our work earned us the MBA Excellence in Housing Award for Luxury Residence in 1996.
