Mayflower Aged Care Project – Melbourne

The Mayflower Aged Care project was a two-stage redevelopment of a 110-room, dementia-friendly facility in Melbourne. The development focused on creating a secure, comfortable, and inclusive environment for residents, including private rooms with ensuites, communal spaces, and facilities such as a gym, hair salon, and commercial kitchen.

Stage 1 included 54 beds, communal areas, and car parking, while Stage 2 added 56 beds, landscaped courtyards, and an ambulance bay. Designed by Clark Hopkins Clarke, the facility accommodates residents with cognitive impairments and caters to culturally diverse backgrounds through tailored programs and services.

IRT Parkside Wollongong Project

Infinity Constructions completed the award-winning IRT Parkside development in Wollongong, comprising 75 luxury senior living apartments over eight stories. This innovative design replaced traditional low-rise villa models with vertical living space, featuring an imported brick façade, modular bathroom pods, and preformed wall systems.

The development includes luxury appliances, internal winter gardens, and an on-site restaurant. The project was recognized for its excellence in construction, winning the 2019 MBA Excellence in Construction Award for Aged Care Buildings. It emphasizes high-end living, focusing on sustainability and quality through prefabrication techniques.

Infin8 Knoxfield Melbourne

Infinity Constructions is delivering the Infin8 Knoxfield project, a state-of-the-art senior living facility in collaboration with Infinite Care and Australian Unity. Located 33 km southeast of Melbourne’s CBD, the development spans 12,700 sqm and includes a 177-bed aged care facility across five levels. Additionally, a three-storey respite building will house 15 independent living apartments.

This project highlights Infinity’s expertise in constructing functional and comfortable environments for seniors, focusing on promoting independence and well-being. It reflects Infinity’s commitment to high-quality construction and a collaborative approach with clients.
