Today is International Women’s Day . For over a century, International Women’s Day, (IWD) has marked a day of celebration and advocacy for women’s rights and equality around the world.

However, despite all these accomplishments, we cannot ignore the fact that women still face significant challenges in our society. From pay inequality to gender-based violence, there is still much work to be done to ensure that women are given the respect and opportunities that they deserve…………….Men play an equally important role in building a more equitable and inclusive world. We must be willing to listen to women’s voices, stand up against sexism and discrimination, and support policies and initiatives that promote gender equality.
So, as we enjoy our morning tea today, let us remember that International Women’s Day is not just about celebrating the achievements of women, but also about acknowledging the work that needs to be done to create a better world for all”.
