Infinity Constructions is incredibly proud to announce that we have successfully raised $103,481 for Mary’s House Services, thanks to the remarkable support of our staff, friends, families, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. This achievement followed our participation in the 2024 City2Surf, where our team and partners collaborated to make a meaningful impact.
On Friday, we hosted a special luncheon and cheque presentation with attendees from City2Surf and the team from Mary’s House Services, including Helen Conway Chair of Board, Janine Wood Philanthropy and Communications Manager, and Rianti Bieler Database and Communications Co-ordinator.
It was an honour for our team to hear firsthand about the vital work they do in supporting women and children facing domestic violence and how these funds will play a crucial role in sustaining their essential services.
Mary’s House Services relies entirely on private donations, receiving no government funding. This makes contributions like ours critical to their ongoing operations.
“Our directors and I have been overwhelmed by the tremendous support from our clients and partners. Everyone dug deep to raise funds that will make a huge difference to this very worthy charity. I wish to personally thank all my team and all our partners for their contribution,” said Alan Yazbek, Managing Director of Infinity Constructions.
Alan Yazbek had the privilege of presenting the cheque to Helen Conway, Chair of the Board at Mary’s House Services, during Friday’s event.
The occasion was further enriched by a delightful, authentic Thai luncheon prepared by Koona O’Connell, which offered our team a wonderful opportunity to learn more about Mary’s House Services’ incredible work in the community.
