Bakhous has become a reliable leader in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. His expertise encompasses project planning, on-site coordination and ensuring that each project is executed efficiently and meets the highest quality standards.

Bakhous has acted as Site Manager for a wide range of residential and commercial projects including The Revy, Foveaux Street, Punchbowl Mosque, Audi Dealership, WIngadal, Pelican Apartments, Newtown Hotel and currently Scape Kensington.

His leadership style emphasizes clear communication and collaboration, fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

He has an associate diploma in Applied Science for Building and a Certificate in carpentry in joinery.
