Infinity is proud to announce the completion of our latest student accommodation project on behalf of our client, Scape Australia.
Situated in the vibrant Lincoln Square precinct in Carlton, the project comprised the design and construction of a 12-storey, 15,000sqm student accommodation facility with a 468-bed capacity. The individual studios include POD bathrooms, kitchenettes, a full suite of appliances, study areas; along with communal facilities extending through the ground floor, mezzanine and the Level 11 rooftop recreational area.
This is the second student accommodation facility Infinity have delivered on behalf of Scape Australia, with a third project comprising a 27-storey, 533-bed student accommodation facility currently under construction in Victoria Street, Melbourne.
