Infinity

Safety, Quality and Enviroment

We recognise safety, quality and environmental stewardship are inextricably linked. Infinity Constructions believe that when one thrives, they all flourish. Our commitment to safety not only protects our team members but also ensures the quality of our work and minimizes our environmental footprint. We uphold the highest safety standards, implementing rigorous practices to create a secure and productive work environment. In doing so, we not only safeguard our people but also enhance the quality of our services, leading to exceptional results for our clients.

Our beliefs are simply stated as:

  • All injuries are preventable.
  • No injury is acceptable.
  • At Infinity Constructions, we will not rank programme, cost, or production ahead of an injury free workplace.
  • Everyone has the authority to stop unsafe work.

Furthermore, quality and safety go hand in hand in achieving long-term sustainability. A construction project’s quality is not solely measured by the final product but also by how well it endures over time. If safety standards are compromised during construction, it can result in hidden defects and structural weaknesses, which may compromise the long-term quality and integrity of the structure. Therefore, upholding safety standards from the project’s inception to completion is vital for ensuring that the end result not only meets the design and functionality requirements but also stands the test of time, contributing to the overall safety and well-being of the community.

Our Approach

Infinity Constructions holds the health and well-being of our team members in the highest regard. We believe that a healthy and fulfilled workforce is the cornerstone of our success. That’s why we are committed to providing a safe and supportive work environment, comprehensive health and wellness programs, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

This approach includes:

  • Achieve and maintain physical and mental health.
  • Avoid or better manage both physical and mental health conditions such as fatigue, depression, and anxiety.
  • Access care and support as required. Our Employee Assistance Program

(MENDS) is available to our staff and their immediate families.
From your first day and throughout your career, it is our commitment to help you look after yourself, your workmates, and your family.

Health and Wellbeing

Safety is not just a priority; it’s a continuous journey of learning and development at Infinity Constructions. We understand that construction sites present unique challenges, and to mitigate risks effectively, we invest in the growth and expertise of our team.

Our comprehensive safety training and development programs empower our workforce with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate complex job sites while prioritizing safety at every step.

We are focused on using critical thinking and smart engineering and construction techniques to remove safety risks before any work is undertaken.

By fostering a culture of continuous learning, we ensure that our team is equipped with the latest safety practices and innovations, ultimately promoting a secure working environment. We believe that safety is a skill that evolves, and through our commitment to learning and development, we not only protect our team but also enhance the quality of our construction projects.

Learning & Development

We are continuously reviewing and exploring better ways to improve our safety practices on construction sites. This also extends into use of systems and technology improvements into our business.

We were one of the first constructions companies to introduce leading HSEQ software platform Hammertech into our business.
We also have recently introduced a new mobile learning management system EdAPP as an additional training tool for our workforce.

By combining technological advancements with our robust safety protocols, we create a comprehensive safety net that empowers our team to work confidently and securely. This synergy of systems, technology, and safety is at the heart of our construction site operations, setting new standards for safety excellence in the industry.
