Oran Park Podium – Stage 2:
- Opened in March 2024, this expansion of the shopping centre added 16,700m² of retail space, including:
- Over 60 new stores and a dual supermarket centre
- A state-of-the-art childcare facility
- A contemporary market hall and various dining options
- 1,000+ undercover parking spaces, including 30 EV charging stations
Atura Hotel:
The Atura Hotel project will be commencing construction in November 2024. This will be built as a Design and Construct by Head Contractor Infinity Constructions.
