This exciting vision is masterfully brought to life by acclaimed architects Studio.SC. Their design intelligently knits the Atura Hotel into the fabric of Oran Park’s long-term masterplan – a foundational strategy Studio.SC also helped shape – aligning the development with the area’s future growth in retail, commerce, housing, and leisure, including planned infrastructure like the new metro rail.
The new hotel’s standout features will include its 184 design-led rooms, an “Activated Retail Podium” fostering street-level vibrancy, versatile conference facilities, a stunning “Rooftop Pavillion and Pool,” and inviting dining spaces with stylish interiors by Nic Graham & Associates – are all direct outcomes of this shared commitment to creating an engaging and premium experience.
