Infinity Constructions Group is proud to celebrate a major milestone at Scape Lachlan, a landmark Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) project in Kensington, NSW.

After 18 months of construction, the project has reached its official topping out, a tradition marked by raising an evergreen tree at the highest point of the structure — symbolising growth, prosperity, and success.

Infinity Constructions Group Pty. Ltd. is proud to share the latest progress on Scape Lachlan — a landmark project for our long-term client Scape Australia, designed by leading architecture firm SJB.

Project Significance:

Scape Lachlan student accommodation will deliver 475 high-quality accommodation units, serving both students and key workers in the area. Situated close to UNSW and other major institutions, the project addresses Sydney’s growing demand for affordable, modern housing that supports education and community development.

Partnership with Scape Australia:

This milestone also highlights the long-standing collaboration between Infinity Constructions and Scape Australia.

Craig Carracher, Founder and Executive Chair of Scape Australia, spoke at the ceremony:

“We’ve worked with Infinity for many years, and we’re proud of the contribution this project is making to the community.”

Infinity’s Reflections:

Ben Harrison, representing Infinity Constructions, reflected on the project’s progress and shared enthusiasm for achieving full structural completion later this year. He credited the dedication and expertise of Infinity’s design and construction teams for making this milestone possible.
