
Scape Lachlan is a two-tower student accommodation project consisting of a 20-storey PSA Tower and a 10-Storey City Living Tower in one of Sydney’s university precincts. The development is located in the prominent location of Anzac Parade, Kensington.
Infinity Constructions was commissioned to complete this D&C project for Scape Australia.
The high-rise development comprises of 521 beds. The project GFA is 24,500m2. The Ground Level is designed as a mixture of a lobby, communal spaces, retail, and back-of-house areas. The towers will be a mix of student accommodation and communal spaces as well as a commercial kitchen that services the building.
Ecological sustainability will be achieved through the Green Star rating system, where a score of 5 will be delivered in the built form and in ongoing operations by Scape.
The interiors comprise extensive joinery, lighting, and a variety of colourful finishes, which identify this as the leading Scape offering for international and local students.
