Infinity is pleased to announce we have been engaged as the Head Contractor for the new industrial development named Kingsgrove Connect located in Kingsgrove, NSW. The project comprises 77 warehouse units with mezzanine office spaces and 54 storage units.
The site is 12,000m2 and the built area 25,700m2.
The multi-storey development includes a basement car park, lower ground floor for storage units and warehouse spaces with mezzanines on the ground first floor levels. It also boasts architectural features to the facades to improve the quality, appeal and function of the spaces.
We are thrilled to be partnering in a Joint Venture capacity with Haralambis Group on this exciting development which is due for completion in 2023.
