Infinity is pleased to announce the contract award for a new commercial office development in Mascot. The project known as One Chalmers comprises 12 levels and 22,500m² of gross building area, aerial car parking, commercial office space and ground-floor retail. The project will achieve a PCA A-Grade office accommodation status and a 5 Star NABERS rating.
As the Design and Construct Head Contractor, we are thrilled to be partnering again with the team on this exciting development which is due for completion in April 2023.
