Infinity is delighted to have handed over our St Peters mixed-use project to valued client Angus Property and Development.
St Peters Parkside is a multi-residential, mixed-use ‘Built to Lease’ development, consisting of 40 apartments, three retail spaces and a basement carpark.
It involved two residential towers – one of which being a new-build while the other tower incorporates the existing façade and existing floorplates for 3 Levels.
We are sure the new tenants are going to enjoy living in these new premium inner-city apartments.
