5 Star Greenstar Certification
This large, isolated building at 11 Bowden Street, Alexandria was negotiated by Infinity Constructions with Marshall Investments. MBM Quantity Surveyors facilitated the cost presentations and eventual contract finalisation. A D&C contract and commenced under a CDC with subsequent consent, this project was fast-tracked to achieve a challenging lease date and business relocation for the Marshalls.
Infinity Constructions led the consultant team with an innovative solution to the structure by embracing prefabricated systems such as Ultrafloor, AFS walls and efficient foundation systems by utilising screw piles to eliminate contaminated spoil removal.
A large fit-out was introduced well into the program and Infinity were able to incorporate the consultants and trades in a manner that retained the original program completion date.

The façade for this project was procured from Southeast Asia and carefully planned to ensure on-time delivery and installation.
The fire engineering for the project was challenging given the large voids and desire by the client for the elimination of all spandrels to improve natural light and aesthetics. Infinity engaged with the fire engineer and key consultants to resolve the issues and achieve full compliance whilst achieving the client’s desires.
