Scape A’Beckett is a landmark 47-level Purpose-Built Student Accommodation development in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Infinity Constructions has been appointed Head Contractor by repeat client Scape Australia / The Living Company, continuing a long-standing relationship in the delivery of high-quality student accommodation across Australia.
Rising approximately 139 metres above A’Beckett Street, the development will be the tallest project delivered by Infinity Constructions to date. The project will provide 542 beds across 473 rooms, supported by extensive communal, study, wellbeing and social spaces designed for contemporary student living.
Construction is scheduled to commence in October 2026, with completion targeted for June 2029.

Located at 48–50 A’Beckett Street within Melbourne’s established education precinct, the development comprises 47 levels, including mezzanine and plant room levels, across approximately 14,657 m² of Gross Floor Area.
Accommodation will include a mix of studios, two- and three-bedroom units and cluster configurations, with shared facilities and landscaped terraces incorporated throughout the development.
A defining architectural feature is the building’s tessellated curtain wall façade, complemented by glazed curtain wall elements and an articulated podium frontage. The tower’s scale, constrained CBD location and highly detailed façade will make Scape A’Beckett a significant addition to Infinity Constructions’ high-rise accommodation portfolio.
