Infinity Constructions is pleased to announce our appointment as the design and construction head contractor for the Atura Hotel Development at Oran Park in NSW.
This is a pivotal project for Infinity, as we have longed to commence our campaign at Oran Park with well-respected developers, Greenfields Development Company. The Atura Hotel is a landmark development that will firmly put Infinity Constructions on display in the ever-expanding Oran Park Precinct.
This exciting project comprises the design and construction of a resort-styled hotel development with the following attributes:
- Gross floor area 22,000m2
- Construction of a 6-level hotel development containing 184 hotel rooms as well as basement car parking and a mezzanine level for back-of-house operations.
- 9 x ground floor retail tenancies.
- Restaurant and café
- Function Room and Meeting Rooms
- Basement car park
- Large pool area with outdoor bar and event spaces
- Extensive public domain works, external works, and landscaping works
The project is due to commence with the design development in July 2024 and be completed by June 2026.
