To Kick Off 2022, Infinity Constructions Group Pty. Ltd. has reached a significant project milestone with Scape Victoria Street, Melbourne CBD.
Yesterday General Cranes completed the site crane installation for the site. Scape Victoria Street is a new fully catered student facility in the heart of Melbourne for both international and local students. The high-quality Green Star development boasts 24 levels, 17,000m2 of built area, a basement, extensive communal spaces featured on every level and 533 studio rooms. The project façade pays homage to the Melbourne city historical aesthetic with an interpretative face brick façade up to level 4. The tower is a fenestrated curtain wall with a sheer appearance which creates a landmark feel to the new development.
