A Major Affordable Housing Project for Inner Sydney
Acacia Apartments will provide much-needed social and affordable rental housing in one of Sydney’s most connected inner-city precincts. The development is intended to help lower-income residents remain close to employment, public transport, essential services and established community networks.
Its location within Green Square Town Centre places residents close to Green Square Train Station, Green Square Library and Civic Plaza, Gunyama Park Aquatic and Recreation Centre, Matron Ruby Grant Park, the Joynton Avenue Creative Centre and the Drying Green.
The project also contributes to the continuing renewal of Green Square and demonstrates how well-located residual land can be used to deliver long-term community benefit.
Designed for Long-Term Affordability and Sustainability
Acacia Apartments has been designed to support long-term resident comfort while helping reduce energy consumption and ongoing operating costs.
The all-electric development will include solar PV panels, passive design strategies and landscaped communal open space. These features align with Infinity Constructions’ broader sustainable construction approach and are intended to improve environmental performance while creating comfortable, connected and practical homes.
Three-bedroom apartments on the lower floors will provide housing suitable for families, while car-share spaces will help reduce reliance on private vehicle ownership. Together, these features support a development designed around long-term liveability, affordability and resident wellbeing.
