The Mayflower Aged Care Construction Sydney project was a two-stage redevelopment of a 110-room, residential aged care dementia-friendly facility with car parking and associated landscaping.

Stage 1 works by our Sydney construction firm of the Mayflower project comprised the delivery of 54 beds, a gym, a hair salon, industrial laundry, a commercial kitchen, multiple communal spaces, and a car park.
Stage 2 of the Mayflower Aged Care construction project involved the delivery of 56 beds, a feature entrance, multiple communal spaces, three courtyards with landscaping, car parking and an ambulance bay.
