Parkroyal Hotel

The Parkroyal Hotel project consisted of the construction of a new hotel tower as an extension to the existing Parkroyal Parramatta premises. The construction consisted of a 7-floor tower with 90 rooms and a link bridge connecting it to the existing structure, as well as a major upgrade to the existing hotel’s main entry, ground floor and function space on Level 1.

The new tower was constructed over the existing underground car park, building works included the upgrade of existing foundations and installation of new columns to the existing structure. To reduce time and to minimise materials handling on-site, preformed systems were used in the building of this project, these elements included AFS walling, Ultrafloor floor system, and prefabricated POD bathrooms.
