The scope of this adaptive reuse project was to deliver a high end 120-seat fine dining restaurant with an upbeat bar area, a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and BOH Kitchen and Storage, a purpose-built climate-controlled Wine Room for 2000 wine bottles and a humidity-controlled purpose-built charcuterie unit.

This project was finished to the highest level of detail and consistent throughout every element of the project.

Every element of the project was procured with our client along the journey of client selections and incorporated architects sign off / approvals at every step of the way. The project was crowned the winner at the 2021 MBA Victoria Excellence in Construction Awards in the category of Commercial buildings (Up to $5,000,001).
