The Scape Darlington project comprised the design and construction of a 3-storey, 5,124m2 student accommodation facility with a 201-bed capacity, each complete with POD bathroom, kitchenette, a full suite of appliances, study areas, and storage areas. The project also comprised communal facility extensions through the gym, cinema, kitchen and dining, laundry, and meeting rooms.

Infinity Constructions was the Head Contractor and worked closely with leading Architects, Allen Jack + Cottier.

The project was crowned the winner at the 2021 MBA Excellence in Construction Awards in the category of Student Accommodation (Open Price Category).
