One of the recent projects by our Sydney Construction Management team is The Masters Residences in Bayview. This is a luxury multi-unit seniors housing development on Sydney’s Northern Beaches overlooking the picturesque Bayview Golf Club.
The development covers over 8,000m2 and included extensive external works and landscaping both at the start and completion of the project. There are 40 apartments, single-level and terrace-style in planning with large balconies. The apartments are grouped into 3 buildings which are only 2 floors, which have been built over a large split-level basement.

The buildings are masonry brick and rendered, with a curved metal roof, and a ‘Dincel’ wall system was used for the basement. This senior living resort-style development includes a luxurious 20m heated pool with a cabana, a wet bar and BBQ area, and a gymnasium located below.
