Infinity Constructions Group Pty Ltd has been appointed Head Contractor for Scape A’Beckett, a landmark Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development located in Melbourne’s CBD.

Scape A’Beckett will be the tallest project delivered by Infinity Constructions Group to date, further strengthening the company’s position as one of Australia’s leading Tier 2 construction contractors and a recognised specialist in the PBSA sector.
The appointment marks the eighth PBSA project awarded to Infinity by Scape Australia / The Living Company, reinforcing a trusted partnership spanning more than a decade and founded on a shared commitment to quality, innovation and long-term value creation.
Upon completion in late 2029, Scape A’Beckett will provide a world-class student accommodation offering, delivering premium living, study and wellbeing spaces within one of Melbourne’s most established education precincts.
The development will contribute to the continued growth of Melbourne’s student accommodation market while supporting Melbourne’s reputation as a globally recognised destination for education.
